Andrew Leach

Andrew Leach is a Professor of Creative Business Leadership at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), holding this role since 2024. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor of Business at Illinois Wesleyan University (2022–23) and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of New Mexico (2012–21). He has extensive experience in education administration, including roles as Associate Director of Innovation (2021) and Curriculum Director for Real Estate (2015–21). His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Information & Learning Science from UNM, alongside an M.A. in Communication and B.B.A. in Marketing Management from the same institution.

Leach's research focuses on pedagogical innovation, experiential learning, and the intersection of business practices with educational strategies. He has presented at numerous conferences, including the Marketing Management Association Conference and the International Society of Marketing. His work explores themes such as gamification in education, organizational communication, and corporate-to-academic career transitions.

Leach is a recipient of multiple awards, including the New Faculty Advisor Achievement (IWU) and recognition for outstanding teaching at UNM. He actively contributes to professional organizations like the Public Relations Society of America and the American Marketing Association. His community involvement includes board memberships with Goodwill Industries of New Mexico and Cross of Hope Church and Schools.
