Andrew Imrie is a Senior Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University, where he has been teaching since 2019. He serves as Course Leader for BA (Hons) Creative Advertising (Top-up), BA (Hons) Creative Advertising, and MA Advertising, all full-time programs. Prior to BNU, he was a lecturer at London College of Communication (LCC) and has extensive professional experience in the advertising industry.
His educational background includes a copywriting diploma from Watford Art College and a PGCE from the University of the Arts London (UAL), reflecting his strong commitment to both practice and pedagogy in creative fields.
Andrew's research and professional interests center on advertising, copywriting, communications, and strategic creativity. With over 30 years in the industry, he has maintained a dynamic bridge between academic instruction and real-world application, drawing from decades of agency leadership and client work.
