Andrew C. Johnston is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Texas at Austin and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His affiliations include JPAL-North America and the IZA Institute for Labor Economics.
His research focuses on labor economics, public economics, and applied econometrics, with emphasis on:
