Andreas Winter

Andreas Winter is an ICREA Research Professor at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and holds a Hans Fischer Senior Fellowship at TUM-IAS, Technical University of Munich. He specializes in quantum and classical information theory with affiliations at the University of Cologne's Department of Quantum Information and Computation. His research examines fundamental limits in quantum communication, entropy applications, and quantum computing foundations.
