Andreas Wahl

Andreas Wahl serves as a lecturer for jazz guitar at the University of the Arts Bremen since 1999 and at the Institute of Music of the University of Osnabrück since 2010. Based in the Ruhr area since 1989, he maintains an active dual career as a freelance musician, composer, and educator specializing in contemporary jazz performance and pedagogy.

His educational background includes:

Wahl's professional focus centers on jazz guitar methodology and subject didactics, with deep expertise in contemporary jazz composition, ensemble interplay, and advanced improvisation techniques.
