Andreas Müglich

Prof. Dr. Andreas Müglich is a Professor at the Department of Business Law (FB 7) at Westfälische Hochschule. His academic career spans over decades, with a focus on international and comparative legal frameworks, particularly at the intersection of law and technology.

• Teaching areas: Commercial Law, Internet and Multimedia Law, Transport Law, Intellectual Property Rights, International Private Law, Foreign Law, International Competition and Antitrust Law.

Prof. Müglich has been actively involved in practical legal work, including roles as a freelance attorney, scientific researcher, and federal administrative official prior to joining the university in 1997.
