معرفی
Andreas Kaiser is an Associate Professor at the Department of Energy Conversion and Storage, Technical University of Denmark (DTU). His work focuses on advanced materials for energy and environmental applications, including ceramic processing, gas separation membranes, and CO₂ capture technologies. He holds academic positions since 2004 and has industry experience at Sulzer Innotec AG and Daimler Chrysler Aerospace.
Research interests include sintering of advanced ceramics, design of porous materials for gas separation, and electrochemical systems for renewable energy integration. Notable projects involve metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) for CO₂ conversion, enzyme membrane reactors, and oxygen transport membranes for hydrogen production.
Recent publications highlight innovations in photoelectrolyzers for CO₂ reduction, hierarchical pore structures in nano-MOFs, and methane storage using 3D-printed lattices. He supervises PhD students in areas like CO₂ capture, enzyme immobilization, and membrane reactor design. His work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to climate action and clean energy.
Key collaborations include projects on MOF-nanofiber architectures for CO₂ utilization and Nordic networks for post-combustion CO₂ capture. He actively participates in conferences on ceramic materials and energy systems, emphasizing scalable, sustainable solutions for global energy challenges.
