Andreas Groethuysen

Andreas Groethuysen is a Professor of Piano at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, leading classes in solo piano and piano duo (with Yaara Tal) since 2014. He holds a position in the Keyboard Department and Institute for Chamber Music. Born in Munich (1956), his career spans solo performances, chamber music, and international collaborations. He is renowned for his recordings with Sony Classical, earning prestigious awards for interpretations of Schubert and Mozart.
