Andreas Fleischmann

PD Dr. Andreas Fleischmann is a Research Scientist and Curator of Vascular Plants at the Bavarian State Collection of Botany (Botanische Staatssammlung München), part of Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU). His research focuses on plant systematics, evolution, and ecology of carnivorous plants (Droseraceae, Lentibulariaceae), parasitic plants (Orobanchaceae), and mycoheterotrophic plants. He also contributes to the Flora of Bavaria project and conservation initiatives.

Education & Affiliations: Fleischmann holds a doctorate in botany and is affiliated with LMU's Department of Vascular Plants.
