Andrea Schmutz serves as an Extension Assistant Professor for Utah State University Extension in Washington County, leading programs in Family and Consumer Sciences, 4-H Youth Development, and Health and Wellness with a focus on rural community empowerment through youth engagement and financial education initiatives.
