Andrea Puhalić serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Banja Luka. She was elected to this position on April 29, 2021. Her academic responsibilities span all three cycles of study, including courses such as Social Work with a Group, Professional Helper Burnout, and Gender, Identity and Development.
Her research centers on social work ethics, supervision methodologies, and occupational challenges in helping professions. Key areas include:
