Andrea L. Pierce is an Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Delaware's Biden School of Public Policy and Administration and the Department of Geography. Her research focuses on urban governance, climate policy, carbon footprints, and renewable energy. She holds affiliations with the Delaware Environmental Institute, Disaster Research Center, and the Water Science and Policy Program.
