Andrea P. Leers is a Principal and co-founder of Leers Weinzapfel Associates, an internationally recognized architecture firm specializing in urban, campus, and civic design. She served as Adjunct Professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and former Director of its Master in Urban Design Program. Her academic roles also include teaching at Yale University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Virginia, and Tokyo Institute of Technology. She has held prestigious visiting positions such as Chaire des Amériques at Sorbonne University and Visiting Artist at the American Academy in Rome.
