Andrea Hoversten

Andrea Hoversten is an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she teaches the Mentor Externship course. She is a practicing attorney at Geraghty, O'Loughlin & Kenney, P.A. in St. Paul, Minnesota, specializing in medical malpractice defense, professional licensing defense, and civil rights litigation. Her work involves representing healthcare providers in federal court and advising on healthcare-related legal matters such as HIPAA compliance and employment law.

Education: J.D. from University of St. Thomas School of Law (2008), BSN from College of St. Benedict. Prior to law school, she worked as a behavioral health nurse and remains a registered nurse in Minnesota.
