Andrea Holtan

Andrea Holtan serves as Program Director for the Early Career MBA and Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Marketing at Seattle University's Albers School of Business & Economics. She is faculty liaison for the SU Women’s Soccer Team, actively mentoring student-athletes while maintaining her industry consultancy.

With 30+ years in International Trade, her expertise centers on US Import/Export regulations as a Licensed Customs Broker and President of Rafiki Trade Group. Her teaching portfolio spans Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, International Marketing, and Business Ethics, emphasizing ethical leadership development through courses like Global Environments of Business and International Study Tours.

Professor Holtan integrates extensive field experience into her pedagogy, having taught at Daystar University (Nairobi, 1997-1998) and through BSF for 16 years. Her research interests bridge academic theory with regulatory practice in international commerce, focusing on practical applications for emerging business leaders.
