Dr. Andrea Hobkirk is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at Pennsylvania State University, with joint appointments in the Departments of Public Health Sciences and Neuroscience and Experimental Therapeutics. She is also affiliated with the Penn State Cancer Institute, Penn State Neuroscience Institute, and centers focused on tobacco and cannabis research.
