Andrea D. Bührmann

Prof. Dr. Andrea D. Bührmann is a Professor at the Institute for Diversity Research within the Faculty of Social Sciences at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. Her research focuses on feminist theory, gender studies, and intersectional social analysis. She has supervised numerous PhD students, including Dr. Jördis Grabow and Dr. Anne Mielke, whose work addresses feminist resistance practices, diversity in academia, and gender dispositifs. Her co-authored book Women in Top Management Teams (2015) examines gender dynamics in leadership roles.
