Andrea Cavalleri

Andrea Cavalleri is a Professor at the Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences (MIN-Fakultät), University of Hamburg. She holds a joint appointment with the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter (MPG/CFEL). Her office is located at the Institute of Experimental Physics, Notkestraße 85, 22607 Hamburg, Building 49a, Room 102.

Her research focuses on experimental physics, particularly ultrafast dynamics in condensed matter systems and quantum materials. She investigates light-induced structural changes in materials using advanced laser spectroscopy techniques.
