Andrea Caprara is an Associate Professor in the Department of Law at the University of Verona specializing in Business Law (GIUR-02/A), with research sectors in legal studies, comparative law, and law and economics (SH2_4) as well as legal studies, constitutions, comparative law (SH2_8).
His research interests include:
- Innovation and Business Law
- State, Innovation and Public Undertaking
- Corporate Governance
- Network Contracts
- Business Law and Agriculture
- Audit in Corporate Governance
- Business and Elderly Health Issues
Professor Caprara teaches multiple courses across various degree programs including Basis of Business Law, Business and Non-Profit Organizations Law, Company Law, and Logistics Contract Law. He has consistently taught these subjects from the 2010/2011 academic year through the upcoming 2025/2026 academic year.
He serves as Chair for numerous scientific committees for professional development courses on financial statements, business structures, and business continuity. Professor Caprara also holds the position of Departmental Representative for Environmental Sustainability in Law and is a member of the Faculty Board of PhD in European and International Law.
