Andrea Caoili is the Director of Research and Quality Assurance at the National Center for START Services® and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Social Work at the University of New Hampshire. Her work focuses on improving mental health outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through research, program evaluation, and quality assurance.
