Andrea Beltratti is a Full Professor at the Department of Finance, Bocconi University, where he focuses on stock markets, banks, risk, and corporate governance. He currently serves as Academic Director of the Executive Master in Finance (EMF) since 2016 and has held leadership roles including Dean for the undergraduate area (2004–2008) and Director of graduate programs in Economics and Social Sciences.

His research spans financial markets, corporate governance, and sustainable finance, with recent work emphasizing real estate finance and urban regeneration. Beltratti has collaborated with Nobel laureate Roberto J. Shiller in the 1990s and held visiting positions at Yale University, London School of Economics, University of Melbourne, and Stanford University. He actively engages in industry roles, including President of Eurizon Capital and board memberships at EFAMA and Alfunds Bank.
