Andra Volintiru is a PhD student and research associate at the Chair of Public Sector, Fiscal and Social Policy at the University of Potsdam, supervised by Prof. Dr. Rainald Borck since October 2023. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (B.Sc.) and a Master's degree in Economics and Politics (M.Sc.) from the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg. Her master’s thesis, titled Political ideology and greenhouse gas emissions: Subnational evidence from Brazil, explored environmental policy dynamics.
