Dr. Ananda Jayawardhana is a University Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Pittsburg State University, where he has taught since 1999. He holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Missouri-Rolla and has developed specialized courses including Regression Analysis, Time Series Analysis, and Actuarial Mathematics. Recognized with multiple teaching awards including the College of Arts and Science Excellence in Teaching Award, he has served in numerous university leadership positions including Faculty Senate President.
