Professor Anand Deva is a leading surgical academic, translational researcher, and innovator at Macquarie Medical School, Macquarie University. He holds positions as Conjoint Professor of Hand Surgery at Sydney Hospital and Director of Integrated Specialist Healthcare. His research focuses on surgical infections, biofilm-related complications, and breast implant-associated diseases. He has over 20 years of clinical and academic contributions, including transformative work on integrated healthcare delivery.
