Anabel Calzado Carretero

Anabel Calzado Carretero is a Professor at the University of Huelva, affiliated with the Higher Technical School of Engineering and the Department of Agroforestry Sciences. She is a member of the RNM301 Forest Resource Management research group.

Her research focuses on forest resource management, geostatistical modeling, and cork production systems in Mediterranean ecosystems, particularly in cork oak forests of the Aljibe Massif. She applies quantitative approaches to analyze diameter distributions and spatial patterns of forest variables for sustainable management practices.

Anabel collaborates on technical and scientific projects within forest engineering and contributes to academic outreach through her institutional role.
