Ana Pošćić

Ana Pošćić is a Professor at the Department of European Public Law, University of Rijeka. Her work bridges EU Competition Law with emerging fields like Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability, addressing regulatory challenges in digital markets, Big Data, and the Sharing Economy. She actively contributes to legal frameworks for personalized medicine and gender-related healthcare access in Croatia.
