Ana Maria Riera Sampol

Dr. Ana Maria Riera Sampol is a Professor of Labor Nursing and Physiotherapy at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), specializing in health promotion and physical activity. She is affiliated with the Global Health and Lifestyles (EVES) research group under the University Institute for Research in Health Sciences (IUNICS) and the Health Research Institute of the Balearic Islands (IdISBa).

Her research focuses on asset-based health promotion and strategies to enhance physical activity. She has contributed to integrating gender perspectives in health education and innovation.

She is a full-time professor teaching in the Nursing Degree program and the Master's Degree in Health Research and Innovation. Tutoring requires prior appointment.
