Ana M. Vaughan-Malloy

Ana M. Vaughan-Malloy is an Instructor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and an Associate Hospital Epidemiologist at Boston Children's Hospital. She holds roles as Assistant in Pediatrics (Division of Infectious Diseases) and Associate Medical Director of Infection Prevention and Control. Dr. Vaughan-Malloy completed her MD at the Perelman School of Medicine (University of Pennsylvania) and MPH at the University of California, Berkeley. Her residency and chief residency were at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, followed by a pediatric infectious diseases fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Her research focuses on hospital epidemiology, infection prevention strategies, and quality improvement initiatives targeting healthcare-associated infections.
