Ana Carvalho serves as Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management (EEG) of the University of Minho, holding appointments in the Department of Management. She concurrently serves as an elected member of EEG's School Council and as a full member of NIPE (Núcleo de Investigação em Políticas Económicas).
Her educational foundation includes a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Minho. Research interests center on strategic human resource management, innovation management, business model innovation, nonprofit organisation management, volunteer management, and management education.
