An Van Camp serves as Acting Keeper of Western Art and Curator of Northern European Art at the Ashmolean Museum, University of Oxford, with academic affiliations to the Faculty of History and St Cross College where she is Dean of Degrees. Her expertise centers on Dutch, Flemish, and German art from the 16th-17th centuries, specializing in old master prints and drawings.
Her educational foundation includes studies in History, Archaeology, Art History, and Museum Studies at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and University College London.
Van Camp's research examines studio practices and artistic networks through major exhibitions like Bruegel to Rubens (2024) and Young Rembrandt (2020), which recontextualized works by function and collaboration.
