Dr. Amy Zadow is a Lecturer and Organisational Psychologist in the Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors) at the University of Adelaide's School of Psychology (Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences). Her research focuses on workplace psychosocial risk factors, work stress, and the application of multilevel statistical analysis and meta-analytic methods. She co-authored key contributions to the WHO/ILO Joint Estimates of Work-Related Burden of Disease and has secured grants from SafeWork SA and the Future Industries Institute's Postdoctoral Fellowship Mobility Grant.
Her work spans academic and industry collaborations, including studies on psychosocial safety climate, digital workplace demands (e.g., the WDDR Scale), and longitudinal analyses of burnout in universities during the pandemic.
