Amy Wallace is an Assistant Professor of Law at New York Law School, where she also serves as an Associate Editor for Book Reviews at the Journal of Legal Education. She specializes in interactive teaching methodologies and has pioneered Street Law programs to enhance legal education in underserved communities. Her work focuses on experiential learning, clinical legal education, and public legal education.

Professor Wallace’s research interests include legal pedagogy, Street Law program development, and clinical legal education. She has authored and presented extensively on public legal education and has received the NYLS Otto L. Walter Distinguished Writing Award (2023).
She advises the NYLS PreLaw Pipeline Program and Street Law, Inc.’s Law School Programs. Previously, she practiced corporate law at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, before transitioning to legal education.
