Amy Piedalue is an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Washington. Her research focuses on intersectional feminist geographies, gender-based violence, and transnational activism, with a regional specialization in South Asia and its diasporas. She holds a B.A. in Women’s Studies & International Studies from the University of Washington (2004), an M.A. in Geography (2010), and a Ph.D. in Geography (2015), all from the same institution.
