Dr. Amy Chan is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Psychology, University of Wollongong, within the Faculty of the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities. She holds a PhD from UNSW Sydney and specializes in cognitive and developmental psychology, with a focus on counterfactual reasoning, decision making, and educational technology integration. Her research explores how counterfactual thoughts influence emotional experiences, decision-making processes, and skill acquisition.
Dr. Chan's teaching interests span developmental psychology, cognitive psychology, and research methods, with a particular emphasis on curriculum development for large undergraduate courses.
