Amna Shibeika is a Lecturer in Construction and Project Management at the University of Reading, where she leads the MSc in Construction Cost Management program. Her research focuses on the intersection of digital innovation in construction, sustainable and resilient built environment for vulnerable populations, and construction management.

Key publications span energy retrofitting in UAE, digital trio frameworks (BIM–EIR–IoT), environmental analysis in MMC housing, and Sustainability Assessment challenges in UAE construction. Her research has appeared in Buildings, Applied Sciences, Sustainability, and Archnet-IJAR.
