Dr. Ambreen Mohammad is a Lecturer in Education at Middlesex University's Dubai Campus. She holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) from Johns Hopkins University (specializing in Entrepreneurial Leadership), an MA in Primary Education from the University of Leicester, and a PG Cert in Higher Education from Middlesex University. Her research focuses on teacher retention, organizational trust-building, talent management, and cooperative learning methodologies. She has consulted for international edtech organizations and designed professional development programs across the UAE and Asia as a certified Kagan instructional coach.
At Middlesex, she teaches courses in Teaching and Learning, Leadership and Management, Technology Integration, and Research Methods. She supervises master's dissertations and serves on Johns Hopkins University's doctoral committee. In 2018, she received the Innovation and Creativity Award for enhancing student engagement.
