Dr. Amber Dumford is a Professor at the University of South Florida in the College of Education, specializing in Higher Education and College Student Affairs. She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education (with a cognate in Sociology) from Pennsylvania State University, a M.P.A. from Indiana University Bloomington, and a B.S. in Mathematics from the same institution.
