Amber Benezra is Assistant Professor of Science and Technology Studies at Stevens Institute of Technology and Farber Junior Faculty Fellow. Her anthropological research examines ethical dimensions of microbiome science, combining ethnographic fieldwork with critical analysis of biomedical practices. Author of 'Gut Anthro: An Experiment in Thinking with Microbes', she pioneers frameworks for ethical microbiome research with Indigenous communities.
