Dr. Amar Khoday, currently serving as Professor at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law, joined the institution in 2012 as Assistant Professor and was promoted to full Professor in 2024. He teaches core courses like Criminal Law & Procedure while pioneering seminars in Law and Resistance, International Criminal Justice, and Refugee Law. As Associate Dean (J.D. Program) and co-author of the National Judicial Institute’s Criminal Essentials eLetter, he impacts both pedagogy and legal practice.
