Amanda Schaedler

Amanda Schaedler is an Adjunct Instructor in the Liberal Arts department at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design (PCA&D). She brings extensive experience from both K-12 and higher education, having taught for eight years in the School District of Lancaster and one year at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.

Her educational background includes a B.A. in English from Millersville University and an M.A. in Creative Writing from Wilkes University, where she was mentored by Robert Mooney, editor-in-chief at Etruscan Press.

Amanda has actively contributed to literary and journalistic communities, writing features for Fly After 5 Magazine and serving as a correspondent for LNP over a combined five-year period. She currently serves as a manuscript reader for the James Jones Literary Society and is a volunteer with the political organization Sign4ERA, advocating for constitutional equality.
