Amanda Munson

Amanda Munson is the Program Director for the M.S. in Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Medicine at Shenandoah University. A genetics specialist, she develops interactive curricula for synchronous learning and leads STEM outreach initiatives like the GO GIRL Summer Program for young women.

• B.S. in Biology, University of Michigan

Her research applies genomic insights to drug efficacy and adverse effects management. Dr. Munson received the NEB Passion in Science Award for mentorship and advocates for diversity in STEM fields.
