Dr. Amanda Landi is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Bard College at Simon's Rock. She joined the institution in 2015 and holds a PhD in applied mathematics from North Carolina State University and a BA in English from North Carolina Wesleyan College. Her research focuses on mathematical optimization, scientific computing, applied linear algebra, pattern recognition, online learning, and prediction. Prior to Simon's Rock, she taught mathematics at North Carolina State University.
