• PhD in Public Administration with specializations in public budgeting and finance

Dr. Khan's research focuses on public financial management systems, with demonstrated expertise in government budgeting methodologies, cost accounting frameworks, and 21st-century infrastructure policy challenges. He serves as founder and Director of the Institute of Governmental Finance, providing professional development for government officials and elected managers.
