Amal Al Qallaf

Dr. Amal Al Qallaf serves as the Head of the Language and Culture Unit and Senior Lecturer in English at RCSI Bahrain. She supports the Quality Enhancement Office by developing strategies, policies, and feedback mechanisms, while fostering internal and external stakeholder relationships.

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education (Leadership & Management) from the British University in Dubai (2016)
• Master of Arts (MA) in Special Educational Needs from Manchester Metropolitan University (2005)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature & Education from the University of Bahrain (1997)

Her research focuses on academic leadership, quality management, and multicultural education. She contributes to educational quality in GCC countries through roles like external reviewer for Oman Academic Accreditation Authority (OAAA) and coordinates centralized documentation for academic/ administrative committees at RCSI Bahrain.

Dr. Al Qallaf is a member of the RCSI Bahrain Quality Enhancement Committee, Quality Committee, Strategic Implementation Group, Operational Management Group, and Coffee and PhD Group. She collaborates on educational research and supports staff in implementing quality systems.
