Amador García Ramos

Amador García Ramos is a Professor at the Department of Physical Education and Sports, Faculty of Sport Sciences, University of Granada, Spain. He has served as head of the research group "Human Movement Analysis (CTS-362)" since September 15, 2022.

His research centers on strength training, specifically exploring how mechanical variables such as movement velocity optimize individualized training prescription. He is globally recognized as a top expert in muscle strength (ranked 16th worldwide), resistance training (11th), and weightlifting (1st) according to ExpertScape.
