Alyssa Perez, MD, is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine. She practices in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, specializing in lung transplant recipients and cystic fibrosis patients. Dr. Perez also serves as an associate program director for the UCSF internal medicine residency and a fellowship coach for pulmonary and critical care.
- Education: MD from Jefferson Medical College (2013), Residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital (2016), EdM from Harvard Graduate School of Education (2017), Fellowship at UCSF (2020).
Her research focuses on lung transplantation and cystic fibrosis, with an emphasis on implementation science to address referral barriers and improve patient access.
