Alyssa Goldman is an Associate Professor of Sociology at Boston College, affiliated with the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Cornell University (2020). Her research focuses on the intersection of social relationships, inequality, health, and aging, with a particular emphasis on how criminal justice system contact and neighborhood environments shape health outcomes across the life course.
