Alva Larry Simmons

Dr. Alva Larry Simmons is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). He is also clinical faculty and a founding member of the Arkansas Children’s Asthma Center at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock. His primary affiliation combines academic and clinical roles focused on pediatric care and asthma management.

• Medical Degree: University of Mississippi School of Medicine
• Pediatric Residency and Internship: University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children’s Hospital (served as Chief Resident)
