Professor Alpa Dhanani is a faculty member at Cardiff Business School, where she serves as a Professor in Accounting and Finance. She leads the Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Accounting Research Group and actively contributes to institutional diversity initiatives as a member of the Athena Swan self-assessment team and the University's Race Steering Group.
