Alok Bhupatkar

Alok Bhupatkar is an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University's Industrial-Organizational Psychology department. He currently serves as Chief of the Emerging Research Unit at the U.S. Army Research Institute, leading studies on team cohesion, resiliency, and human-machine teaming. Previously, he managed leadership development programs at the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) and consulted for agencies like DHS, FAA, and CMS.

Education: PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Research Interests: Focuses on leadership development systems, training effectiveness, skill decay mitigation, and organizational justice. His work integrates talent management strategies with psychometric evaluation methods for workplace assessments.
